Awesomeness!

Good evening from Germany! :)

I want to show you some AWESOME things I found during the two last days! I don't know if everybody of you knows that I love everything Paris themed but I think you can figure it out well on the pictures. ;) I found those things in a store that sells brand stuff for cheap. I already found lots of great things there earlier, but those are the best! I just had to buy them all. :D I think I'll use the suitcase (it's made of cardboard) for my stationery. I don't know for what else to use it... Any ideas? :)

 

I also apolgize for not blogging regularly anymore, there's a lot of changing going on in my life at the moment... I hope I can be back with regular posts soon! :)

Adventscalendar and Mail!

My dear blog readers,

I took part in an adventscalendar swap and here's the one I sent to Romania. It was lots of fun shopping for small items and I so love wrapping things in nice paper. :) 

The following picture shows the adventscalendar I received (from the USA):

First Day of December:

Another adventscalendar! :D 

I really like this one, it suggests a Christmas activity every day! Sadly I didn't have time to do one of them yet. :( 

December 2nd - Raspberry Tea! :) I like Bigelow tea, sadly it's not sold here, but thanks to certain swaps I already have many kinds of this brand. :)

December 3rd - Pumpkin Butter! Very interesting, I didn't know something like that exists! Will try it soon. 

December 4th. Socks :O I was very surprised when I saw what it is. I didn't have such fluffy ones and I like them a lot. (: 

Today I received a stationery swap from the USA and the sender was so kind to add some stickers (giraffe Christmas stickers, isn't that amazing?) and a postcard! :) 

I sent a letter to the UK and to Australia but since I added Christmas cards I don't want to show photos - it'd destroy the surprise. :/ 

I've been to a lovely and huge Christmas market last weekend and there was this old pipe organ! I've just seen on in the Netherlands before. I enjoyed listening to it for a few minutes. =)

That's all for now, I didn't receive any letters since my last post, but I know there are a few on my way so there'll be a mail post soon. =)

Mail update!

Dear blog readers,

I've been sick for quite a while and also to hospital for a few days. Now I'm very busy with catching up with everything I've missed at uni, but surprisingly I've got lots of motivation which is great! I hope it'll stay at least for a while. ;) I was able to write a few letters (unfortunately I lost the photos of two I wrote) and received quite a lot. But see for yourself:

Incoming Mail! :)

Dear blog readers,

as I promised in my last post, my mail updates will be back and here's the first one for October! 

I received lots of mail during the last 7 days. =) Sadly I was busy with figuring everything out at university and organizing some things - it was my first week there - so I was just able to start one letter. 

A letter from one of my oldest pen pals - Thalia from Brooklyn. I love how she decorated the white, checked paper!  

A first letter (or actually it's the second, but her first letter got lost :/) from Elena - Bulgaria! I just love all the things she sent me and I enjoy how some of my pen pals send me giraffe themed items after I tell them that I love everything giraffe related! 

A letter from Anna - UK. We exchange letters in German. :) Her stationery is quite cute, isn't it? :)

That's all for now, I guess there won't be much incoming mail during the next few days since I have lots to reply to. :/

I'm back :)

My dear blog followers,

I'm very sorry for not having made a post for ages. I was quite busy during summer, I travelled to Vienna and Dublin and had to figure out which subject and where I want to study. When I was done with those things I had to search for an apartment since I moved to the West of Germany far away from home. Then I was occupied with visiting all my relatives, getting stuff I need and packing everything I want to take with me.

After I've moved I had much time but unfortunately the signal of the the wifi was too low and I couldn't connect to the internet for almost four weeks until I bought a webstick. :( But now I'm back and so will be my weekly mail updates and other posts! As soon as I receive or send a piece of mail I'll decide when I'll do the weekly mail posts. ;)

Weekly mail post 4 - even on time :)

Good evening my dear blog followers,

here comes my fourth weekly mail post and this time it's even on time, means on Wednesday! :)

I've been in Paris last weekend and this week I've been quite busy with organizing some things and meeting a friend so I haven't had time for writing letters until this evening. :( On Saturday I'll meet one of my pen pals and on Monday a friend will come to me and we'll go to Vienna for eight days so probably I will be neither able to post anything nor to write letters. :/ But when I'm back I have more time again. :)

I want to go on writing letters now so I better finish here. ;)

Weekly mail post 3

Hello again! :)

Here comes my weekly mail post. A bit belated again, but better later than never, right? ;)

I've just send out one letter during the last week:

To Fiona in Ireland. I wrote 2,5 more but they aren't read to be sent yet.

What I've received: 

A lovely letter from Jennifer in the UK. :) Her owl stationery is so cute!

A package from my pen pal Cassie from China! 

I think it's the longest letter I've ever received. She wrote me 10 pages front- and back. So it's like 20 pages if you put a number on each side of the page like many of you do. ;)

 

Cassie sent me a postcard, some Chinese bonbons, giraffe stickers, giraffe hair clips (I love them so much), a giraffe rubber, a little card with a German flag and another envelope with a tiny letter. :)

A postcard from Las Vegas, New England and Sao Paulo and one from Budapest! :)

All the best and see you again next Wednesday (I'm going to Paris for the weekend and won't have anything to post before my weekly mail post. ;))
